Self Empowered Minds, located on the Upper East Side of New York City, is a holistic wellness center dedicated to enhancing mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. We specialize in hypnotherapy, biofeedback, reiki, meditation, and intuitive readings. Our services are available in-person, remotely, or in group classes such as Reiki Circle, Rhythmic Somatic workouts, and Breathwork.
